The Red Shield base is located on Chii, one of the Ryukyu Islands. It is very well hidden and actually isn't named on any maps. The entire base is underground and it can only be entered from underwater through the submarine garage door. There is also one entrance on the surface through a wooden shack on the center of the island. The base itself is incredibly large and very high-tech. It is heavily guarded by the Schiff.
